Library Manager

An Android app that helps self-study library owners keep track of students, fees and attendance.

What it does

Keeps a record of every student: contact details, seat, locker and photo.
Records fee payments, shows who has dues, and prints or shares receipts.
Sends fee reminders through WhatsApp or SMS, and shows a UPI QR code for payment.
Tracks daily attendance and enquiries from new students.
Imports and exports students and payments as Excel / CSV files.
Optional free backup to the owner's own Google Drive, so a lost phone does not mean lost records.

Student records are stored on your phone. There is no Library Manager server that receives them. Read the full Privacy Policy.

The app is free to use with ads. A Pro subscription removes the ads.
